We currently ship within:
- Australia
- New Zealand
For international shipping inquiries outside these regions, please contact us at home@solray.com.au before placing an order.
Processing Times
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Australia
- Standard Shipping (3-7 business days) – $10.00 (FREE on orders over $90)
- Express Shipping (1-3 business days) – $15.00 (FREE on orders over $190)
New Zealand
- Standard Shipping (5-10 business days) – $15.00 (FREE on orders over $190)
- Express Shipping (3-6 business days) – $20.00
Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, customs processing, or peak shopping periods.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order in real-time through the provided courier link.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us at home@solray.com.au, and we will assist in locating your package. SOLRAY is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as "delivered" by the carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Information
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided is correct. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the package.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please email us at home@solray.com.au within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
